Saturday morning I made waffles. They were just darn good if I do say so myself! This recipe is my Dad's specialty. Well, I think the recipe came from the Houston newspaper but Papa does a great job of whipping up a batch. Hi Dad! 2 C. Bisquick
1 egg
1/2 C. oil
1 1/3 C. club soda
They are seriously yummy. The club soda gives them a light somewhat crisp texture that is perfect.
